Chaudiere Crossing-Lane Closure and Partial Sidewalk Reduction

GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb. 11, 2016) - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists of a lane closure and partial sidewalk reduction on the Chaudiere Crossing during the following period:

• Friday, February 12, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This lane closure will affect the Gatineau-bound lane. One northbound and one southbound vehicle lane will remain open at all times.

Pedestrians and cyclists will be affected by the sidewalk reduction in the Gatineau-bound direction and can expect short delays.

This vehicle lane closure and sidewalk reduction are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.

In the case of inclement weather, the work will be delayed to Monday, February 15, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
