CHC Student Housing Corp. Announces Departure of CFO

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 7, 2015) - CHC Student Housing Corp. ("CHC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHC) announces that Robert Waxman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of the Company to pursue other interests. Mark Hansen, President and Chief Executive Officer commented, "On behalf of CHC, I would like to thank Robert for his leadership and contribution to the Company. The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and will provide further information in due course. Mr. Waxman has agreed to assist in an orderly transition in the meantime.
