CHD Meridian Healthcare Adds Two to Management Team

New Vice Presidents for On-Site Operations and IT Operations

CHADDS FORD, PA--(Marketwire - September 10, 2007) - CHD Meridian Healthcare, an I-trax, Inc. company (AMEX: DMX) and the leading provider of workplace healthcare, announced the appointment of Susan Ware, RN, to vice president of on-site operations and the hiring of April Lannom as vice president of information technology operations.

Ware, who is based in the firm's New York, NY office, rounds out a team headed by Senior Vice President of On-Site Operations, Pamela Dulaney, RN. The on-site operations team manages all occupational, primary care and corporate healthcare activities to ensure the efficient operation of each workplace health center. Ware joins Trent Riley, RN, and Susan Siegel, RN, who are also vice presidents of on-site operations.

Ware joined the organization in 1999 and brings 25 years of nursing experience to the company. Prior to assuming her new role, she was responsible for the coordination and management of client-dedicated corporate health services including client reporting, quality assurance monitoring and management of health center personnel. Before joining CHD Meridian Healthcare, Ware held positions in nursing education and in research in Texas and Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Kansas, and earned her master's degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from Boston College.

CHD Meridian's new Vice President of Information Technology Operations, April Lannom, will be based out of the firm's Nashville, TN office. Lannom will oversee all IT functions for the company including applications and systems management. With more than 20 years of experience in IT, Lannom comes to CHD Meridian from Deloitte LLP, where she was most recently Director of Integrated Applications Engineering. Lannom's background also includes time spent with Willis Corroon Group North America and with HCA.

Lannom holds a computer science degree and earned her bachelor's degree in management from Belmont College, Nashville, and is a member of Women in Technology of Middle Tennessee and the Nashville Technology Council.
