CHDT Corp. to Sponsor NASCAR Race Team for 2008 Season

STP Tools Car to Be Title Sponsor This Saturday

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - February 20, 2008) - CHDT Corp. (OTCBB: CHDO), a consumer products company focused on product placement with wholesalers and retailers nationwide, announced today that its STP tools car finished 33rd in a field of 53 entrants at the Nationwide 300 in Daytona last Saturday. Canadian driver DJ Kennington ran his first race at Daytona and will now head for Fontana, California for this Saturday's Stater Brothers 300 which will be broadcasted on ESPN2 at 7:00 P.M. STP tools will once again be the title sponsor for this race. Title sponsorship provides prominent hood and rear side panel placement of the STPtools.com logo.

STP tools will remain the official tool sponsor for MacDonald Motorsports and has committed to a season long associate sponsorship. Associate sponsorship means the STP logo will be displayed in a 12 inch square logo on the rear panel. The company may also commit to additional title sponsorships for specific races throughout the season.

During the Daytona Camping World 300 last weekend, the company received exposure from pit wall logo banners to a tool display in the pit area next to the racing team's hauler. STP hero cards were handed out along with STPtools.com stickers.

The sponsorship also includes a 12-race schedule in the Canadian Tire Series this summer with DJ Kennington, which is viewed on the Speed Channel.
