Due to circumstances outside of the company's control, the Form 10-QSB was filed late and as a result the "E" suffix has been attached to the Company's stock symbol, "COGL". As the Form 10-QSB has now been filed, the Company anticipates that the stock symbol should be corrected shortly on the NASD Inc's OTCBB.
