"We have created a culture where people can always feel comfortable and safe bringing their best selves to work every day," says Michael Weinholtz, chairman and CEO at CHG. "I truly believe that our success as a company is the result of great people caring about the work they do and the people they work with. It's an honor to be part of the team."

To support its people-centric culture, CHG provides employees with the opportunity to create and maintain employee network groups and use CHG facilities to hold meetings and events.
