China ACM Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting; Invites Analysts & Journalists to Beijing Site Tour With Senior Management on June 27th

BEIJING--(Marketwire - Jun 20, 2011) - China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CADC) ("China ACM"), a leading provider of ready-mix concrete and related technical services in China, today announced that in conjunction with its Annual General Meeting of shareholders being held Saturday, June 25 at 11 a.m. at its Beijing Corporate Headquarters, it is also hosting a site tour for securities analysts and journalists Monday, June 27.

China ACM senior management -- to include its CEO, COO and President/CFO -- will meet with accredited securities analysts and journalists June 27 at 10 a.m. at the Company's corporate office for a brief formal presentation and Q&A session after which they will host a tour of the Company's headquarters facility. Here, guests will be able to inspect the Company's industry leading state-of-the-art production monitoring system which provides real-time data and analysis from all its fixed and portable sites' operations nationwide ranging from raw materials purchasing and quality control to pricing and delivery. Following the corporate tour, management will escort guests to the Santaishan fixed plant (near the southeast 4th ring of Beijing) to see firsthand production of our patented industry leading ready-mix concrete. The tour will conclude by 5 p.m. to be followed by a dinner hosted by management.
