China Aoxing Pharmaceutical Company Receives GMP Re-Certification of Four Drug Dosage Forms at New Manufacture Facility

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 21, 2009) - China Aoxing Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. (OTCBB: CAXG) ("China Aoxing"), a pharmaceutical company specializing in research, development, manufacturing and distribution of narcotic and pain-management products, today announced that it has successfully passed the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) re-certification of four dosage forms, including capsule, tablet, granule and oral solution formulations, at its new manufacture and packaging facility. The certificate of compliance has a five-year term and was issued by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) following a site inspection.

"Good Manufacturing Practice" is a body of internationally accepted regulations set forth by drug agencies in many countries. GMP compliance ensures that pharmaceuticals, active ingredients and medical devices are produced and quality-controlled according to state-of-the-art standards. According to the National Medicine Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, all pharmaceutical manufacturers must pass an examination every five years to renew their GMP Certificates.
