China Biolife Enterprises, Inc. Announces Appointment New President of the Company

GUANGZHOU, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 28, 2006 -- China Biolife Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CBFE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Liu Hong Hua as New President of the company.

Mr. Liu was also an Executive Director of Lok Fook Capital Limited since 2003, a company engaged in investment and mergers and acquisitions of hospitals, pharmaceuticals factories and nutraceutical markets in China. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Liu had been the Executive Director and Vice President of Turbo up Technology Ltd. ("Turbo up") and he had led Turbo up in achieving 60% growth on a yearly basis. Mr. Liu has extensive experience in management, financial planning and investments in China, and particularly, he has deep exposure in overseas listing of Chinese companies. Mr. Liu will be responsible for business development, mergers and acquisition and capital market development of the Company in the Greater China Region.
