(PINKSHEETS: CBFE), a Nevada Corporation, focused on the bamboo extracts and nutraceutical markets in China. The company is pleased to announce that it is in the final stage of negotiations to acquire the bamboo extracts division from ChangRong Bamboo Wooden Craftwork Ltd. Co. The management is expected to sign the letter of intent with ChangRong Bamboo Wooden Craftwork Ltd. Co.. in the next sixty (60) days. The Letter of Intent requires both parties to draft a definitive agreement and terms of any subsequent joint venture. All additional information will be available upon finalization of the agreement.
