DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 4, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) is conducting a management summit meeting in Shanghai this week. Following the meeting, management plans to conduct a previously announced shareholder Webcast from Shanghai that is scheduled to be posted to the Company's corporate website Thursday, August 6, 2009. The Webcast is slated to include a preview of 2nd quarter performance and the 2009 overall outlook for anticipated revenue growth and increased earnings per share in 2009 compared to 2008. Additionally, the Webcast is expected to review the benefits of recently announced contracts including a $2 million contract with a Hong Kong-based software company and a $30 million outsourcing contract signed earlier this year.
