China Crescent Provides Brand Name Systems Integration
China Crescent is a US-based technology systems integrator and value added
reseller (VAR) of major global technology brands in the rapidly developing
Chinese domestic market. The Company also specializes in software
engineering, software development, and digital multimedia outsourcing
services delivered globally.
Updated Business Model and Resulting $30 Million Contract
After growing to over $40 million in revenue last year, the Company has
focused on expansion through capturing longer-term, higher margin
outsourcing service business in the region, which extends to Southeast
Asia, and through taking their products and services to their next emerging
market target, East Africa. Milestone successes year-to-date include a
three-year, $30 million contract signed with Beijing Chuangzhitongda

Increased Profits in 2009
Additionally, the Company reported $17 million in revenue and a notable
200% net income increase to $1.1 million for the first six months of 2009.

$50 million in profitable revenue for 2009.
Major General Hugh G. Robinson, Former Chairman of the Dallas Federal
Reserve
Next week's presentation on September 24th is scheduled to be hosted by
Hugh G. Robinson. Mr. Robinson is a former Chairman of the Dallas Federal
Reserve and a retired Major General with a distinguished career serving in
the United States Army. Among other prestigious posts, Mr. Robinson served
as President Lyndon Johnson's military aide de camp. In addition to his
public service experience, Mr. Robinson's career has included extensive
executive management experience with senior positions at Southland
Corporation and City Place Development Corporation. He is a graduate of the
United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Masters Degree in
Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr.
Robinson currently serves on the board of Carmax, Inc., the LBJ Foundation

in annual revenue by year end. The main purpose of the presentation will
be to detail China Crescent's plans for East Africa and the recently
announced Trade Mission to Kenya. China Crescent has targeted Kenya as its

participated at the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute
(AFRALTI) WiMax Conference in Nairobi in preparation to begin operations in
