DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - September 22, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) recently announced a partnership with NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) to launch a smartphone and mobile computing offering in China. China Crescent is a systems integrator and technology service provider in the Chinese market reporting approximately $40 million in annual revenue for the past two years, and NuMobile has proprietary software product offerings for the smartphone and mobile computing market. China Crescent is NuMobile's exclusive partner in China helping NuMobile to expand its geographic footprint.

With the release of the iPhone positioned to kick the smartphone market in China into high gear, competitors are preparing to release their own smartphone products and applications, further enhancing the overall market. The introduction of the iPhone into the Chinese market is expected to boost not only smartphone sales, but mobile application sales as well. Smartphone shipments to China are expected to increase by 42.5% to over 30 million units next year, and maintain steady growth of roughly 30% through 2013.

200% Net Income Increase to $1.1 Million

China Crescent reported $17 million in revenue and an over 200% net income increase to $1.1 million through the first six months of 2009. The Company has forecasted profitable revenue growth in 2009 compared to 2008. The first six months results beat management expectations. The Company's financial performance is ahead of the pace anticipated by management as necessary to meet year end revenue and net income growth objectives. The Company reported over $40 million in profitable revenue in 2008.
