The Webcast agenda includes a review of first quarter performance to-date, an update on the Company's $100 million 2010 revenue target and further details of the special purpose Wi-Fi opportunity announced yesterday. China Crescent has announced a 2010 $85 million profitable revenue forecast. ODM Purchase Order and Potential $160 Million Three-Year Contract

Yesterday, China Crescent announced receiving a $1.6 million original design manufacturing (ODM) purchase order from a confidential Japanese customer for 100 sets of a special purpose Wi-Fi communication device. Based on a formal letter of intent signed by all parties, the Japanese customer has committed to purchase 10,000 of the custom Wi-Fi devices for a total of $160 million over the next three years, subject to the performance of the first 100 sets.
