China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. to Present 1st Quarter Record Performance To-Date and $100 Million 2010 Revenue Target Update in Webcast Tuesday, February 16th

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - February 11, 2010) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) is scheduled to release an on-demand Webcast Tuesday, February 16th. The Webcast agenda includes a review of first quarter performance to-date, an update on the Company's $100 million 2010 revenue target and further details of the special purpose Wi-Fi opportunity announced yesterday. China Crescent has announced a 2010 $85 million profitable revenue forecast. Management has also announced reaching beyond the 2010 forecast in an effort to achieve an even higher profitable revenue goal of $100 Million. In conjunction with the Company's purchase order announcement yesterday, management indicates the $100 million profitable revenue goal is well within reach.

ODM Purchase Order and Potential $160 Million Three-Year Contract

Yesterday, China Crescent announced receiving a $1.6 million original design manufacturing (ODM) purchase order from a confidential Japanese customer for 100 sets of a special purpose Wi-Fi communication device. Based on a formal letter of intent signed by all parties, the Japanese customer has committed to purchase 10,000 of the custom Wi-Fi devices for a total of $160 million over the next three years, subject to the performance of the first 100 sets.
