China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. to Review $2 Million Hong Kong Project Benefit on Balance of 2009 in Shanghai Webcast

Webcast Scheduled for Thursday to Preview Q2 Results and Expectations for 2009 Revenue and Earnings to Top $41 M in Profitable 2008 Revenue

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 3, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) is scheduled to review the benefit of recent contracts on anticipated revenue growth for the remainder of 2009 in an on-demand Webcast, Thursday, August 6, 2009. Contracts include an agreement with a Hong Kong-based software company and a $30 million outsourcing contract signed earlier this year. Senior management is meeting in Shanghai this week for the official commencement of services on the outsourcing contract. Following the meetings, management plans to conduct the shareholder Webcast from Shanghai. The Webcast is also scheduled to preview 2nd quarter performance and the 2009 overall outlook for anticipated revenue growth and increased earnings per share in 2009 compared to 2008.
