China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. to Review Outsourcing Services to Include Recent $30 Million Agreement in Webcast Scheduled for Friday, June 26

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 24, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB : CCTR )
today announced that the Company will include a review of its new
outsourcing services offering in the upcoming Webcast scheduled for Friday,
June 26, 2009. The new outsourcing services offering is part of the
Company's overall strategy to increase margins and the percentage of its
overall revenue generated from recurring contracts. Recently, China
Crescent announced a $30 million outsourcing services agreement with
Shanghai-based Beijing Chuangzhitongda Technology Development. The $30
million in contract revenue is expected to be earned over the three-year
contract period. Because of the size of the agreement in relation to the
Company's over $40 million in 2008 revenue, the Company also filed a Form
8-K on the material agreement.
Outsourcing Strategy Webcast
China Crescent previously released an on-demand Webcast to present the
Company's new outsourcing services strategy and the new services' benefits
to customers, the Company and shareholders.
