today announced senior management is conducting the Company's 2010 strategy
summit meetings in Shanghai. On January 22nd, the Company plans to review
the strategy for 2010 in its previously scheduled virtual Town Hall. The
virtual Town Hall is scheduled to be made available online and on-demand on
Friday, January 22, 2010 to interested viewers on their own schedule and
from their own location.
Former Dallas Federal Reserve Chairman, Retired Major General Hugh Robinson
to Join Board
China Crescent recently announced that Former Dallas Federal Reserve
Chairman, Retired Major General Hugh Robinson, plans to join the China
Crescent Board of Directors effective February 1, 2010. The 2010 strategy
includes a previously announced comprehensive management restructuring and
reconstitution of the board of directors initiated with General Robinson's
addition. Further details regarding the Company's plans for 2010 being
rolled out in Shanghai this week will be released in the Company's upcoming
virtual Town Hall scheduled for Friday, January 22, 2010.

Shanghai

conjunction with the 2010 World's Expo being held in Shanghai, China. China
