China Education Resources Inc. Announces Financial Results for the First Six Months of 2007

Provides Chinese news translations Internet-based teacher training receives rave reviews

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 4, 2007) - China Education Resources Inc. (CER, the Company) (TSX VENTURE:CHN)(PINK SHEETS:CHNUF), a leading provider of K-12 education resources and services through its national internet portal,, today announced its consolidated financial results for six months ended June 30, 2007.

The Company reported today a slight increase in sales revenue of $400,072 compared to $346,202 during the first six months of 2006. Of the $400,072 revenues generated, $221,907 were generated from the CERSP internet based portal compared to nil CERSP portal generated revenue for the comparable period in 2006. The Company had a net loss of $.0282 per share for the six-month period ending June 30, 2007 compared with $.0366 per share for the first six months of 2006.

"We are pleased to report modest revenue growth, more importantly however, is that our CERSP online teacher-training beta-testing is successfully completed," commented China Education Resources' Chairman and CEO, Mr. Chengfeng Zhou. "We now have a fully operational teacher training capability of up to 500,000 trainees and we are receiving rave reviews from current participants, government officials, educators, administrators and the Chinese media."

An on-line interview with Mr. Chengfeng Zhou is scheduled to take place on September 5, at 2:00 p.m. EDT. The interview will be conducted by and be posted by 8 p.m. EDT on Mr. Zhou will discuss his growth strategy and progress with the company.
