China Food Services Authorized Representatives of Food Club Brand in China

BEIJING--(Marketwire - April 7, 2011) - China Food Services, Corp. http://www.chinafoodservices.com (PINKSHEETS: GDHI) is pleased to announced today that the Company recently became the exclusive authorized representative for the Food Club brand in China. This is part of the Company's plan to broaden its base by offering a wider range of products. The Company entered into this exclusive arrangement because the Food Club brand and similar private label brands are highly successful in the United States. This success can be duplicated in China with the extensive array of high quality food products marketed under the Food Club name at prices significantly below price levels for comparable brand name products sold by major United States producers.
