China Food Services, Corp. CEO Attends the Costa Rica - China Business Summit

BEIJING, CHINA--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - China Food Services, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GDHI) is pleased to announce that the company's CEO Mr. Frank Yglesias, was invited by the Costarican Government to attend the Costa Rica - China Business Summit that was held in San Jose, Costa Rica from March the 24th to the 26th. Mr. Yglesias was one of the key speakers at a trade exchange symposium attended by over 100 officials from the Chinese Government; high ranking Costa Rican officials and almost two hundred Costarican Companies seeking to initiate business in China. Attendees included H.E. President of Costa Rica Mrs. Laura Chinchilla, Minister of Foreign Trade Mrs. Anable Gonzalez, ProComer General Manager Mr. Jorge Sequeira, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress Mr. Chen Changzhi and both Costarican and Chinese representatives, all culminating in the grand inauguration of the Costarican National Stadium.

Mr. Yglesias stated that attending this "first of its kind business summit" opened a vast number of opportunities for the company as several major well established Costa Rican food and beverage producers showed definite interest in appointing the company as their exclusive agent to sell products in China. 

"We are looking at up to a more than 100% expansion of products from these strategic alliances which will be developed over the next few years," noted Mr. Yglesias. "These alliances will have a significant positive effect on the revenues of the company and will help accelerate the company's growth to a stronger and more significant business, not to mention the potential for significantly increased revenues, cash flow and profits."

The company will be working with numerous Costarican enterprises in conjunction with the Costarican Government to establish an ongoing business and marketing strategy for Costarican products marketed to the Chinese consumers. This project includes Costarican companies like: Dos Pinos, Irex, Demasa, Florida Bebidas, Ticofrut, Salicsa, Coopermontecillos, Pipasa, Roma Prince, Don Ramon coffee Estate, Rain Forest Premium Water, and Centenario Internacional.
