China Food Services Provides More Details on the Importance of Pear River Delta American Wine Import Association

BEIJING--(Marketwire - Apr 14, 2011) - China Food Services, Corp. (http://www.chinafoodservices.com) (PINKSHEETS: GDHI) The Company is pleased to announce that recently Frank Yglesias, CEO of China Food Services, reported on the Company's very recent attendance at a key wine business conference held by the Pear River Delta American Wine Import Association (Association) in Guangzhou, China. Today the Company released more details concerning the very significant potential key relationships established at those meetings. Of particular importance is the fact that because Mr. Yglesias is one of the very few Americans in this organization, which has the endorsement and support of United States Agricultural Trade Office in Guangzhou and the United States Agricultural Trade Office in Beijing, the Company was able to secure a first or priority position at selecting the best and most appealing California Wines to be distributed into the Beijing market.

"This puts us ahead of the curve from our competitors in Beijing; in the next 3 months we will have the largest selection of California Wines in Beijing," stated Mr. Yglesias, adding that, "This should bring significant increases to the Company's annual revenues and profits starting in late 2011 and continuing through 2012 and beyond." Mr. Yglesias concluded by stating that "We are anticipating that once fully integrated into the sales channels already established by the Company, the Company could easily double gross revenues and net profits for the next several years."
