China Gold International Reports Results of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2016) - China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (TSX:CGG)(HKSE:2099) (the "Company" or "China Gold International Resources") is pleased to announce the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") held on June 22, 2016. Each of the Company's nominees for election as directors were elected, and all resolutions submitted to shareholders at the meeting were approved.

A total of 218,169,862 common shares, representing 55.04% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, were present in person or by proxy at the meeting. The detailed results are presented below:
