China Guodian Signs Agreement With Lehman Brothers Over CERs, an Industrial Info News Alert

BEIJING--(Marketwire - July 9, 2008) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- The signing ceremony for the procurement agreement of Certified Emission Reductions (CER) between China Guodian Corporation (Beijing) and Lehman Brothers Commodity Services Incorporated (London), a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:LEH), was held in Beijing on July 2, 2008, China Guodian Corporation announced July 3. These CDM projects are the first group of projects seeking buyers through international competitive bidding and are expected to have 4.2 million metric tons of tradable CERs until 2012.
