China Media Group Corporation Announces Advance Discussions to Becoming an Advertising Agent for The 6th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition

CEDAR HILLS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 -- China Media Group Corporation (OTC BB: CHMD) ("CMG") announces today that it is in advance discussions with Zhuhai Airshow Co., Limited, the organizer of the event, to becoming an advertising agent for the upcoming The 6th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition held from October 31 to November 5, 2006 in Zhuhai ("Airshow China").

Airshow China, the only international aerospace exhibition in China that is approved by the Chinese Central Government, features real-size object display, trade discussions, technical exchanges and flying display. Airshow China is an event held every two years since 1996 and it has been successfully held for 5 times and growing rapidly into one of the most influential international air shows in the Asian-Pacific Region and an ideal gateway to the vast Chinese market for aerospace companies from around the world. Since the inaugural show, over 2 million people and 1,000 companies have attended the exhibitions.
