China Media Group Corporation Announces Successful Testing of WebCall Technology for Online Advertising

SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwire - December 4, 2007) - China Media Group Corporation (OTCBB: CHMD) ("CMG") announces today it has successfully tested and implemented the WebCall Technology on various websites and will commence commercial online advertising services in first quarter in 2008.

Mr. Con Unerkov, Chairman of China Media Group Corporation, stated, "We have been beta testing the technology internally and also with select online websites and potential resellers in China and Malaysia. We are excited with the results and the new online advertising method will enhance our position in the growing online advertising market."

China's online advertising industry has grown the fastest rate compared to other advertising segments. The online advertising has evolved from pop-up windows to click per view, to now click per call solution. The WebCall solution puts the online interested audience in direct contact with the advertisers so that they can communicate with each other, making the sales call a personalized service where the results can be immediately felt by the online advertisers.

Mr. Unerkov further added, "The WebCall technology is a service differentiator than the traditional click per view and pop-up windows." In China, the online advertising revenue is expected to grow from USD 621 million in 2006 to USD 2,188 million in 2010, an annualized growth rate of 37%. Mr. Unerkov continued, "WebCall is the innovative service for the ever growing sophisticated online marketers. We have started to discuss resellers and distributors for WebCall and we are optimistic we will sign up a few distributors to represent WebCall by first quarter 2008."
