China Media1 Commences Installation of Outdoor Airport Signs

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 2, 2005) - China Media1 Corp. (OTCBB:CMDA) is pleased to announce that further to its May 16, 2005 press release regarding the design of the double-sided scrolling backlit signs for the Guangzhou Airport, several modifications were made to the sign to make it more enticing to both the advertisers and viewers. The working model of a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing sign meeting the standards of both the Guangzhou Airport Authorities and the Company can be seen at our website at The final two components of the sign; a new door hinge aluminum extrusion mould and a new LED panel with 4 lines of display have been ordered and we expect installation of all 50 Outside Signs to be completed by mid-September. Within one month after the installation, our advertiser, Chi Shang Ling Yue is scheduled to pay the remaining 90% fee (US$ 5.76 million or RMB 46,656,000) to the company.
