China Minerals Appoints New Senior Executives and Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 30, 2011) - China Minerals Mining Corporation ("China Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CMV)(PINK SHEETS:HWTHF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ling Zhu as CEO and Director, Mr. David Bo as Chairman and Director and Mr. Liang Shi as Director.

Mr. Zhu, a senior executive with the Skyocean Group for the last 4 years, has been in charge of the oversight of the Skyocean Investment Division. Mr. Zhu brings strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to his new position as CMMC's Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. David Bo has a wealth of experience gained during his career in the resource industry. He worked at China National Petroleum Corporation from mid 1980's to mid 1990's and then joined the Ivanhoe Group and most recently as the CEO of Arcland Resources Inc since 2009. He has an extensive background in investment banking, finance, corporate development, joint ventures and project management that he brings as CMMC's new Chairman.

Mr Liang Shi, Director of Skyocean Holdings, has been appointed to the Board of Directors replacing Mr. Cory Kent. Mr. Shi has extensive experience in executive management of public companies.

Effective May 30^th the Company has received and accepted the resignation of Dr. Shijia Tang as CEO and Director, Mr. Jian Zhang as Chairman and Director and Mr. Cory Kent as Director.
