China Trade Summit 2005 Brings Executives Closer Together With Top Chinese Leaders

Unique Event Gives Unprecedented Access to China's Top Decision Makers in the Hottest Growing Economy in the World

BEIJING and SANTA MONICA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 30, 2005 -- AXSChina today announced the China Trade Summit 2005 (CTS) to be held in Beijing from October 16-20, 2005. CTS is the first event of its kind bringing together the head CxOs and executives of top multi-national companies, venture capitalists and institutional investors from around the world with the government and business leaders of China, the hottest growing economy of the 21st Century. CTS gives unprecedented access to some of the most influential leaders of China in an intimate, one-on-one environment that helps build and foster Guanxi (relationships). The event features an amazing list of some of the leading Chinese ministers, officials and business leaders including the Minister of Commerce, the Minister of Information Industry and at least three Governors from various Chinese provinces.

CTS' unique format combines five distinctive events into one. CTS will feature informative conference sessions, the China Tech Tour, VentureFest China, the China Opportunities Showcase and the Minister's Golf Tournament. CTS' conference session tracks will tackle current relevant topics such as China Entering the Global Economy: Opportunity and Risk, Intellectual Property Rights and Protection in China, Outsourcing in China and The Chinese Consumer and the Olympic Opportunity. The China Tech Tour will take attendees on an unprecedented, behind-the-scenes tour of the Chinese Academy of Sciences -- Institute of Computing Technology, the birthplace of China's top technology companies such as Lenovo, Founder, Dawning and Huawei, to see what new inventions and concepts are coming out of China's top incubator for technology.

Attendees will also have the chance to meet and see some of the hottest new companies, technologies and entrepreneurs from China and hear some of the top Chinese ventures present their ideas at VentureFest China, where six companies will be given 10 minutes to pitch their concepts. These six companies are culled from submission of hundreds of Chinese companies and ventures.

Representatives from various provincial and local governments will be on hand at the China Opportunities Showcase to share opportunities and introduce resources available in their regions that attendees can use immediately to develop new business opportunities. The conference will culminate in a Minister's Golf Tournament where attendees will have the chance to play golf and interact on a one-on-one basis with the leading decision makers of China.

"Any company planning or already doing business in China cannot afford to miss the China Trade Summit 2005," says Rex Wong, Executive Director of China Trade Summit. "China Trade Summit will arm companies with the tools and information they need to succeed in China plus help build important high-level Guanxi."
