Chinook Communications Enhances Total Connect Unified Communications Package With Production Release of Microsoft Lync Server 2013

Enhanced Total Connect Bundle Delivers Mobility on Windows 8, iOS and Android Devices for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2013) - Chinook Communications announced today enhancements to Total Connect, a fully integrated advanced collaboration and communication bundle for small to medium sized businesses. The Total Connect updates are enabled by Chinook Communication's production release of Microsoft's Lync Server 2013 Multitenant Hosting Pack.

Microsoft Lync provides a unified experience for voice, video, meetings, presence, and instant messaging. Advancements in Lync 2013 include multi-party, high definition video conferencing, "touch first" capabilities, and mobile access on Windows 8, iOS, and Android devices. With the rollout of Lync 2013, Total Connect clients can also connect to anyone on Skype.
