Choice Gold Corp. Expands Drilling at Sugarloaf Peak to 24 Hours per Day

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 28, 2011) - Choice Gold Corp. (CNSX:CHF) ("Choice Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the drilling program now underway on its Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project in western Arizona ("Sugarloaf Peak" or the "Property") has been expanded to 24 hours per day. This aggressive schedule has been undertaken in order to allow the Company to continue to expeditiously achieve milestones at the Property.

"I am pleased to see our team continuing to execute on our commitment to rapidly advance the first phase work program at Sugarloaf Peak," said Gianni Kovacevic, Choice Gold's CEO. "We're eager to investigate the potential for the Property to grow beyond what the historical, non-NI 43-101 compliant resource calculation had estimated. The first 5,000 meters currently being drilled will test extensions to the historically known mineralized zone both peripherally and at depths of up to 500 meters. As there is only very limited log core data to date beyond 80 meters from surface, where previous drill holes ended in mineralization, we are particularly eager to assess the results at depths between 80 and 500 meters."

The Company also announces that is has granted incentive stock options to a consultant to purchase up to an aggregate total of 50,000 common shares at a price of $0.26 per share. The stock options will vest in four equal tranches at three, six, nine, and 12 months from the date of grant and will be fully vested at such time. The stock options expire five years from the date of the grant.
