Chris Locke Joins ePrize as Chief Financial Officer

Key Hire Brings Years of SaaS Marketing and Restaurant Loyalty Experience

DETROIT, MI--(Marketwired - Oct 2, 2013) - ePrize, a global leader in digital, mobile, social and live-event consumer engagement, today announced that Chris Locke has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Locke most recently served as CFO at SingleHop, an infrastructure-as-a-service business that experienced rapid expansion into new sales channels during his tenure.

As CFO of SingleHop, Locke was responsible for building out the accounting and finance team as well as helping to lead SingleHop's geographic expansion into Europe and sales expansion into new channels. Prior to SingleHop, he was the CFO of Rewards Network, a publicly traded company, for more than seven years, where he helped architect the turnaround of the business, the growth of the company's marketing services platforms and was a key contributor to a take-private transaction. Locke has held CFO, COO, CIO and strategic planning positions at several other startups and privately held corporations. He began his career in public accounting and holds a B.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Finance with a concentration in Accounting.
