Chris Tucher Joins Healthline Executive Team

Seasoned Search Marketing and Media Professional to Lead Company's Business Development Team

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 8, 2006 -- Healthline (www.healthline.com), the leading Internet search engine dedicated to consumer healthcare, announced today that Christopher Tucher has been named senior vice president of Business Development. Tucher, a 20-year veteran of the Internet/media industry, brings experience from leading search and Web publishing companies such as LookSmart and Netscape to Healthline's management team. Tucher will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for directing all aspects of Healthline's business development efforts.

Tucher most recently served as senior vice president of Business Development at Radiance Technologies, a large-file data delivery software and service provider. From 1998 to 2001, he was senior vice president of Business Development at LookSmart, a leading Internet directory and vertical search provider, where he was responsible for building the company's distribution network. Prior to that, Tucher was director of Netscape Communications' Publishing and Media Markets division. Previously he worked in print journalism, and as a consultant for Bain and Co. in Munich. Tucher holds an M.B.A. from Harvard and an undergraduate degree from Occidental College.
