Christian Brothers Investment Services Reduces Fees and Minimums for Two Key Index Funds

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 26, 2008) - Christian Brothers Investment Services, Inc. (CBIS), a leader in socially responsible investing (SRI) for Catholic institutions, today announced significant reductions in the management fees and investment minimums for the Class B shares of their two index funds, the CUIT Core Equity Index Fund and the CUIT Small-Capitalization Equity Index Fund effective April 1, 2008.

"As these funds have grown, we have been able to realize substantial economies of scale. We are pleased to be able to pass these cost savings on to our investors in the form of lower fees," said Frank Haines, Chief Investment Officer, CBIS. "In addition, our new lower minimums on the B Class shares will enable more Catholic institutions to participate in our funds."

Investment minimums for the Class B shares of each fund have been lowered from $10 million to $3 million. Not only is this change attractive for new investors, it also rewards current fund participants, who are also able to take advantage of the lower Class B fees.

The CUIT Core Equity Index Fund's strategy is to replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Index. Index stocks excluded from this portfolio due to CBIS' Socially Responsible Investment principles are actively replaced by the investment manager with stocks that have similar investment characteristics. The CUIT Small-Capitalization Equity Index Fund strives to replicate the performance of the Russell 2000 Index, and also actively excludes those companies whose activities fall outside the firm's SRI principles.
