Christian Parker to Join Cadwalader's London Capital
Markets Department as Partner

LONDON--(CCNMatthews - Mar 21, 2005) -

Christian Parker, a partner in the International Securities Group at
Norton Rose, will be joining Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a
partner in the Capital Markets Department, resident in the London
office.

Mr. Parker currently operates a market-leading practice in structured
capital markets. He also represents leading global investment banks and
issuers in transactions throughout Europe and across the world.

Mr. Parker's experience encompasses a broad range of structured capital
markets transactions including the repackaging of financial assets,
equity and fund-linked products, CDO related transactions, and
structured investment vehicles. Mr. Parker also has extensive experience
in debt related offerings, including straight bonds, sovereign bonds,
project bonds and debt programmes.

Mr. Parker has represented bondholders in a number of high profile
distressed situations. He has also been at the forefront of structuring
Islamic-compliant capital markets transactions, transforming
non-compliant structures into instruments acceptable to Islamic
investors.

Prior to Norton Rose, Mr. Parker was at Linklaters, practicing in its
Capital Markets departments in London, Bangkok and Singapore. He won an
open scholarship to Oxford University from where he graduated in 1989.
He subsequently graduated from the College of Law, London in 1991.
