Church & Crawford Defines Second Life® Development Opportunities

WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2007 -- Church & Crawford (PINKSHEETS: CCWD), operating through its wholly owned subsidiary Mannea LLC, an online media and advertising company that integrates real life products and services with the particular culture and community of Internet-based virtual worlds, defined today its comprehensive operations strategy for recent and impending developments at the Company.

Church & Crawford President Jeff Reidy said, "As we begin to implement the initial phases of operations, developments at Mannea and Church & Crawford have been rapid, but we recognize that we operate in a new frontier and our offerings may not be easily accessible. As we continue to grow our core business, management is committed to maintaining clear and consistent communications channels with investors as well as our target audience."

Church & Crawford's wholly owned subsidiary Mannea LLC operates inside virtual world communities, including the popular, growing Second Life® community, which now boasts more than six million community members and operates its own monetary exchange. As long-time residents of Second Life and as active participants, Mannea seeks to capitalize on the power of virtual worlds. Mannea's unique expertise within Second Life allows it to provide unique, integrated marketing and advertising experiences for 'real life' and online businesses and their target consumers.

Recognizing the growing opportunities created within Second Life, Mannea is also pursuing a number of proprietary technological offerings to substantially enhance the Second Life experience for community members and business partners, details of which will be forthcoming.

Mannea recently announced that it has signed a letter of intent to provide video/machinima services for Muse Isle, an established, popular Second Life®-based island designed to bring artists and audiences together in large numbers.

Additionally, the Company recently retained respected business expert Aaron Moss as its COO to lead the Company through the next stage of operations and organizational development. Moss has already begun to implement a comprehensive sales and marketing campaign that includes targeted online, print and email advertising to drive revenue growth in the immediate future, while structuring internal operations to benefit long-term directives.
