Cicero's Technology Bundled With dvsAnalytics' Encore Technology Suite

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) -  Cicero Inc. (OTCBB: CICN), a global leader in customer experience management and desktop integration solutions, announced today that it has signed an OEM agreement with dvsAnalytics, Inc., a leading provider of data, video, speech recording and analytics. Under the agreement, dvsAnalytics will bundle Cicero's desktop integration and automation technology as part of its Encore™ Technology Suite.

The new bundled solution will allow dvsAnalytics to monitor for specific end user activity and collect it as part of their Workforce Optimization and Performance Management solutions. The Cicero technology will also indentify the application screen(s) that are brought into user focus and provide updated data to the Encore application for analysis and reporting.
