Cicero Signs Strategic Agreement With Global Business Process Outsourcer

(OTCBB: CICN), a provider of customer experience management and integration solutions, announced that it has entered into a multi-year strategic agreement with another global Business Process Outsourcer (BPO). Under the terms of the agreement, the BPO will embed Cicero XM™ in their market leading technologies as well as use Cicero's technology internally to outperform their competition.
