Cincom Acquire for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Introduces Better Customer Specials Management

Software Now 'Native' to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2013) - Worldwide software provider, Cincom Systems (http://www.cincom.com), releases its latest Cincom Acquire® (http://acquire.cincom.com) configure, price, quote software for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM.

The most significant improvement is how Cincom Acquire helps advanced manufacturers handle customized orders, frequently referred to as customer specials.

The software administrator can identify in the software which configuration options are allowed to be customized outside of the available options listed. Once defined, customer specials can be "one-off" (unique to a given quote/account), reusable (utilized across multiple quotes/accounts) or optionally turned into a standard option. Specials can be included in quote and proposal records generated for the customer.

Other enhancements include:

  • Direct, native access to Cincom Acquire within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional icons representing the new functionality are present within Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowing for a familiar user experience.

  • A visual product catalog that makes it easier for users to navigate and locate a solution to be included in any quote. Content such as products, prices and supporting information can be customized based on the user's role.

  • Improved integration of Cincom Acquire data with the reporting, analytics and dashboards built into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
