CIRI Applauds Creation of Panel to Develop Model Common Securities Act

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 28, 2008) - The Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) responded today to Finance Minister Jim Flaherty's announcement regarding a model common securities act, and the creation of a panel of experts to study the issue, to be chaired by The Hon. Tom Hockin.

securities act. The Minister's effort to create a Canadian advantage in
