Citadel Income Fund Announce Annual Redemption Details

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 2, 2015) - Citadel Income Fund (TSX:CTF.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce that, with respect to the previously announced annual redemption of 2,278,486 million units of the Fund, the redemption price per unit is $3.8241.

CTF.UN - Pro-rata redemption rate: 16.3% (i.e. for every 1000 units submitted by a unitholder for redemption, 163 units will be redeemed)
