Citadel Security Software to Report First Quarter 2005 Financial Results on Monday May 9th

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 6, 2005 -- Citadel Security Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CDSS), a leader in enterprise vulnerability management and policy enforcement solutions, announced today that it will release financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2005, on Monday, May 9th after the market closes. A conference call to discuss these results and to update the business outlook for 2005 has been scheduled for Monday, May 9th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
