Citizant Hires Former CSC Director Donna Ragley as Group Vice President

Government Contracting Industry Veteran to Help Citizant Grow Business, Build on Record of Outstanding Operating Process

CHANTILLY, VA--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) - Citizant, one of the capital area's fastest-growing providers of business and technical solutions to civilian and military government organizations, has hired Donna Ragley, formerly of Computer Sciences Corporation, as group vice president of operations.

Ragley will oversee business development and customer-delivery operations for three Citizant divisions, including the company's work with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Railroad Administration, Department of Transportation, Department of the Interior and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services. She will report to Citizant's cofounder and president, Alba M. Alemán.

Ragley has more than 25 years of experience in leading government and commercial contracting companies, most recently serving as delivery excellence director for CSC's Southeast region.

"Donna is one of those rare executives who understands the strategic value of a sterling reputation and also has the operational expertise it takes to move outstanding organizations to even higher levels of excellence," said Alemán. "Donna's experience with large contractors will help Citizant prepare for our exit from the 8(a) program in 24 months. She also will work with our division directors to improve their efficiency in targeting new opportunities and formulating proposals that best meet the customer's requirements."

"Citizant has already earned a past performance record that can be referenced 100 percent, and I am honored to be able to contribute my experiences to the expansion of this operation," said Ragley. "As I became acquainted with Alba, Citizant's CEO Raymond Roberts and the entire leadership team, I became energized and excited about joining a smaller company with huge growth potential. From the top to the bottom, everyone at Citizant shares a commitment to an exceptional work ethic. The management team is completely dedicated to the customers, the staff and the ultimate success of the company."

Before joining Citizant, Ragley had a nine-year career with CSC. Previously, she held management positions at American Management Systems, DynCorp and National Computer Systems. Ragley also has program and account management experience with commercial and government customers in the fields of healthcare, education and finance.

She is the third executive hired by Citizant this year as the company expands its leadership team to support strategic growth. Citizant hired Mike Fix as vice president of human resources in June and Bruce Milligan as vice president of marketing in March.
