MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 25, 2013) - Official founding tomorrow of Pollués de Montréal-Trudeau, a citizens committee that is calling on Ottawa to force Aéroports de Montréal to begin taking measures to reduce the nightly and daily noise from aircraft. The citizens of Ahuntsic that live 18km from the airport in Dorval are calling for a general mobilization of the public, and are asking elected officials at all levels, as well as Montrealers living in other areas that are affected by the noise pollution to get involved, by having the commitments that were made when flights were transferred from Mirabel to Dorval in 1997 respected.
