(NASDAQ: CZWI), the parent company of Citizens Community Federal (the "Bank"), today announced the termination of the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 23, 2009, by and between Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. and the Office of Thrift Supervision, and now the Federal Reserve Bank as successor to the Office of Thrift Supervision. The termination was effective March 15, 2013.
