City of Cape Town, South Africa Selects Trapeze ITS, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software's Volaris Group, for Comprehensive Intelligent Transportation System

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 12, 2011) - Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) today announced that Trapeze ITS, a subsidiary of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Volaris Group Inc., has signed a significant contract with the City of Cape Town, South Africa to supply an Automatic Vehicle Location & Control System (AVLC) for its new Integrated Rapid Transport bus network (IRT).

Cape Town is the country's third largest city with a population of over 3.5 million. Cape Town is extending its existing public transport network as well as building a new IRT system which is expected to form the backbone of the public urban transportation service.
