City Capital Corporation CEO Ephren W. Taylor Addresses West Coast Business Conference

INDUSTRY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 9, 2006 -- City Capital Corporation (OTCBB: CCCN) By special invitation, CEO Ephren W. Taylor II addressed the American Investors Network Master's Protégé Retreat at Pacific Palms Conference Resort. Mr. Taylor's topic, "How to Start a Company While Broke," was enthusiastically received by the audience of business owners and investors.

"Even if you have plenty of money to start or grow a company, it doesn't mean you have to spend it!" Taylor told his audience. "When a company is flush with cash, it's tempting to throw money at every problem, when often the best solution isn't the one that costs the most, but the one that takes thinking outside-the-box. By not exercising this thought process as a company develops, cash-rich companies are often at a disadvantage over less funded, but more creative competition." Taylor gave several specific examples to his audience before opening the floor to questions. Well after the presentation he was still answering questions and discussing specific strategies with attendees.

Taylor has received wide renown for being the Youngest African-American CEO Of Any Public Company, and under his leadership City Capital recently inked a $50,000,000 agreement with Lucian Group of Rochester, NY. He uses dynamic, socially conscious business approaches as CEO of two public companies, and have earned him many awards and commendations on a local, state and national level. He was recently featured as a guest panelist for the Black Congressional Caucus in Washington, DC at their Annual Legislative Conference.
