SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Sep 3, 2013) - CJT Financial, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CJTF) announced today that the company has officially changed its name to Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. All necessary documents have been filed in Nevada and with Finra to formally complete the name change. Management expects to receive Finra approval and to be trading under a new ticker symbol in the next few weeks. The stock will continue to trade under the CJTF ticker symbol until that point.

Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. reflects the focus of our company as we bring the process of developing our Nevada claims and publicizing our story to the shareholder community.'

'We are doing a considerable amount of work to bring our Asset #26 (Reveille) claims into production. Fred Anderson, CEO.

More information on the new trading symbol, revised corporate website and updates on additional corporate developments will be announced in the near future.
