Both Firms' Partners Join ClairMail's Board of Directors

NOVATO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 24, 2005 -- Norwest Venture Partners (NVP) and Outlook™ Ventures, two leading high-tech venture capital firms, co-led the Series A round of $8.3 million in funding for ClairMail, a leading application provider of mobile enterprise access solutions.
