Clairvest Group Mourns the Passing of Its Founder and Board Member Joseph L. Rotman

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - January 28, 2015) - Clairvest Group Inc. (TSX: CVG) ("Clairvest") is deeply saddened by the passing of Joseph L. Rotman, founder of Clairvest and member of the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Rotman founded Clairvest in 1987 with the vision of using capital and wisdom to support the development of young companies and entrepreneurs applying the values of integrity, fairness and partnership. These guiding values are and will remain core to Clairvest.
