Clarabridge Reports Record Growth in 2014

Customer Experience Leader Capitalizes on Industry Trends to Engage With Global Brands as They Better Serve and Understand Their Customers

RESTON, VA--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2015) -  Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions for the world's top brands, today announced over 50% year-over-year bookings growth in 2014 -- a record for the company. The software provider, who already serves customers like ADP, Verizon, Rackspace, and Orbitz, more than doubled its acquisition of new customers in 2014 vs. 2013, resulting in a total of 450 major brands served. These new customers included Belk in North America, Virgin Active in Europe, CIRSA in Spain and Latin America, and more. Additionally, the company also expanded its international presence, with offices in Singapore and Barcelona.

Clarabridge also formed a number of new partnerships in 2014, including Intuitive Solutions, Convergys, and Pandera Systems. These partnerships will help Clarabridge expand its solution set and penetrate new industries, such as healthcare.

To accommodate for employee growth and the influx of new talent in 2014, Clarabridge also renovated and expanded its headquarters, doubling its square footage.
